No. We are an enrichment program for homeschooling families. We do not issue accredited diplomas, transcripts, or report cards. Parents remain the legal educator of record under Florida Statute 1002.41, and they remain responsible for filing the annual letter of intent with their county and for completing the required annual evaluation.
No. We are not a licensed childcare facility. Students are dropped off and picked up at scheduled times, and parents must remain reachable throughout the day. We do not offer extended care, before-care, or after-care.
Yes. While we are a Christ-centered program rooted in historic, evangelical Christianity, we welcome families from any Christian background who can sincerely affirm our statement of faith. We are not affiliated with any single denomination.
We work successfully with many students who have mild to moderate learning differences, including dyslexia, ADHD, and sensory processing differences. We are not, however, equipped to provide one-on-one aides, IEP services, or behavioral interventions for significant special needs. We are honest with families during the application interview about what we can and cannot offer.
We use the same core curriculum on campus that we recommend families use at home, so the rhythm carries seamlessly from school to home. Detailed weekly assignment sheets show exactly what should be completed on the three at-home days.
Foundations families typically spend two to three hours per at-home day. Explorers and Voyagers families spend three to four hours. Scholars students spend four to six hours, with growing independence by 11th and 12th grade.
We offer intramural athletics — soccer, basketball, volleyball, and track and field — for students aged 8 and up. We are not part of any interscholastic league, but our families often participate in local homeschool sports leagues for competitive athletics.
Yes. We coordinate dual-enrollment paperwork for qualified high school students through Miami Dade College and other local institutions. Tuition for dual-enrollment courses is covered under Florida Bright Futures eligibility for qualifying students.
Our approach is grace-filled, parent-partnered, and rooted in restorative conversation. We expect respect for teachers and classmates, biblical character, and honest effort. Serious behavioral issues are addressed in partnership with parents, with the understanding that this is an enrichment program, not a behavioral intervention setting.
Modest, neat, and appropriate for active learning. We do not require uniforms. We do require closed-toe shoes for science labs, athletic days, and field trips. A detailed dress code is included in the family handbook.
Yes — we welcome visits. Tours are offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 AM during the school year. Please contact the office to schedule.
The enrollment deposit is non-refundable. Tuition is refundable on a prorated basis for the first 30 days of attendance, after which it is non-refundable. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
