CDF Academy is a faith-rooted enrichment program designed to come alongside homeschooling families in South Florida. We provide in-person classes, learning blocks, and parent support — not as a replacement for the home, but as a partner to it.

Every element of CDF Academy is shaped by a single conviction: the home is the heart of a child's education, and a thriving community helps that heart beat stronger.
Two-day-per-week in-person blocks for core subjects — language arts, mathematics, science, history, and Biblical studies — taught by experienced facilitators in small, attentive groups.
Hands-on electives in fine art, music, drama, robotics, foreign language, and physical education — the joyful subjects that bring breadth, beauty, and discovery into the homeschool week.
Curriculum coaching, planning workshops, monthly community nights, and a network of mentor parents who have walked the homeschool road and can help you walk it well.
Weekly chapel, scripture memory, mission projects, and pastoral care woven through every learning block — because education without character is incomplete.
Field days, holiday celebrations, family worship nights, and seasonal gatherings that build deep friendships between students, siblings, and the parents who walk this journey together.
Guidance for parents preparing the annual portfolio review required under Florida Statute 1002.41 — including sample work selection, evaluator referrals, and documentation best practices.
CDF Academy was founded in 2010 by a small group of homeschooling families who longed for something more than what they could offer in isolation — a place where their children could learn alongside friends, be taught by gifted instructors in specialty subjects, and grow up rooted in the faith of their parents.

Our enrichment tracks are organized into four developmental stages, each with its own rhythm of instruction, exploration, and formation. We believe children are not interchangeable — they grow on their own timeline, and our program is designed to honor that.
"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." — Proverbs 22:6The verse that has shaped our work since 2010
